Platform Statement

My vision is to continue my service to ASSP and my fellow safety professionals as a servant leader.  I would utilize my leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills to benefit the Region and each chapter under my purview as Area Director.  I would utilize my understanding of chapter, region, and Society structure to continue to promote the goals of Society and strengthen each chapter’s ability to meet the goals.  I would connect with each chapter’s leadership to ensure they have the tools and knowledge necessary to support their membership.  I would work in unison with the Regional Vice President to ensure the goals of the Region and Society are executed at the highest level.  I would listen to all concerns and utilize all resources available to me to help address them with a desired outcome.  I would leverage the extensive network that I have built within ASSP to foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the Region.  I would serve as an additional resource to each chapter to assist in the development of goals at the beginning of each chapter year and ensure they have the means to obtain each of those goals throughout the chapter year.  I would serve as a liaison to assist the chapter with the creation of technical content to bring the highest value to each chapter’s membership base.
