Matthew Wright, MPH, CIH, CSP, is a US Army Veteran and currently works as a Public Health Analyst in Industrial Hygiene for Harris County Public Health, Houston, TX.
He has worked in several capacities as a Health & Safety Professional in the private sector, local, and federal government including program and policy development, implementation, and management.
Matthew is the Management Practice Specialty Secretary and previously volunteered on the ASSP Total Worker Health Task Force. He also volunteers with the American Industrial Hygiene Association and sits on the Board of Directors for the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation.

His goal is to add value to ASSP by providing members with resources and opportunities increase their knowledge, capabilities, and effectiveness in managing Environmental Health and Safety Programs.
