The ASSP student section at University of North Carolina at Charlotte has relaunched! It is composed of students from the fire safety engineering technology program that includes an occupational safety concentration.

“We have aimed to gear this section to the safety applications of the field of fire protection, but still cover the general safety practices,” says Section Faculty Advisor Michael Benjamin, Ph.D., GSP. “We are open to students from all major programs, and hope to educate others on campus about the importance of safety in the workplace and world.”
