Platform Statement

I have a passion for helping my fellow safety professionals succeed in their goals, both professionally and personally.  I also have a passion for serving others.  I believe in this role I can do both.  Region IV is one of the largest and most diverse Regions within ASSP.  Companies we represent come from every type of industry you can think of; safety professionals working here show some of the highest levels of professionalism you can find; and our influence within the Society can be felt across the globe.  As your Vice President my role would be to help ensure that level of excellence continues by working diligently with our Area Directors and Chapter Officers to meet their goals.  As the Safety Profession continues to evolve following the COVID-19 pandemic, the needs of the OSH Professional are also evolving. Over my term I pledge to listen to all of you about the issues you feel are most important, work tirelessly with all of you to ensure you are being provided with the resources you expect from ASSP to address those issues, and represent all of you at the Society level to the best of my abilities to ensure your voices are heard.
