With her extensive experience as a non-profit leader, consultant and coach, Vicki Clark helps leaders seek out the opportunity in times of transition. Vicki believes that when decisions are made that recognize the people you are trying to serve with honor and integrity, good things happen. Her talk will share how the tenets of servant leadership can help leaders build stronger and more inclusive communities.

Frank So’s job is to make the world a better place. He has served to support human rights and conflict resolution in a variety of settings, including Portland, OR; Central and South America; Sudan; and Pakistan. Frank’s will share insights from his work to help attendees leverage empathy in daily interactions to strengthen relationships and improve outcomes.
