Dawn Glossa
Vice President, Communications and Advocacy
Dawn Glossa, MPA, is a highly accomplished association executive with a robust background in communications, advocacy, public policy, change management, and organizational development. At ASSP, she leads internal and external communications and advocacy efforts. Before joining ASSP, Dawn held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Communications at the American Health Information Management Association, Director of Corporate Communications at The Joint Commission, and Director of Marketing and Communications at the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
She holds a B.S. in Organizational Communications from Eastern Michigan University and a Master of Public Administration from DePaul University. Certified in Lean Six Sigma Change Management, Dawn's expertise also extends to marketing and fundraising in non-profits, where she has a proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies to advance organizational missions and secure vital resources.
