Platform Statement

I am honored to be running for the position of assistant administrator of the Risk Management Practice Specialty. As a holder of the CPCU, ARM, AINS, and CSP. I feel strongly that I am a solid candidate for the position. I have been impressed by the work that has been and continues to be done by the current administration. I look to only continue and help to grow the good works that have been done in the past. I feel that as the professional world continues to evolve and face new and exciting challenges for risk management professionals, we too must be adept as well as flexible to change. We must embrace the membership on their own “turf”, we must continue to bring the highest level of value to the members of ASSP and the practice specialty as a whole. This is not done by a single person, but as a collective, and I look forward to assisting the board and the administrator in their endeavors. I will plan to do this if I am successful in my campaign or not as I feel that risk management and occupational safety are one of the noblest professions there is. Our goal is to ensure that everyone makes it home in the same way that they showed up. To ensure that those who are injured are returned or made whole in the aftermath. I am honored to be a peer amongst such excellent professionals and will personally be very excited to see what the practice specialty has in store for the future.
