My platform is simple: put members first, strengthen connections, and advance the profession through collaboration and service. As Region1 Regional Vice President, my priority will be to ensure that every member feels valued, supported, and connected to resources that help them succeed. I believe the strength of ASSP lies in its people, and I am committed to fostering an environment where members can share knowledge, mentor others, and build lasting relationships. I will focus on three key areas: Engagement and Value – Enhancing opportunities for members to connect through chapter activities, professional development, and networking, ensuring they see direct value in their membership. Support and Inclusion – Promoting an inclusive culture where all voices are heard and respected, with special emphasis on developing the next generation of safety leaders. Collaboration and Growth – Partnering with chapters and regions to align goals, share resources, and elevate the impact we have as safety professionals across industries. My leadership is grounded in empathy, accountability, and service. With over a decade in construction safety, I have led initiatives that improved compliance, reduced incidents, and built stronger cultures of safety. Beyond my career, my volunteer work mentoring youth and supporting families has reinforced my belief in the power of community — the same spirit I want to continue growing within ASSP. As your Regional Vice President, I will work tirelessly to represent your voice, expand opportunities, and ensure that together we continue building safer workplaces and a stronger professional network.
