I graduated from West Virginia University in the Spring of 2008 with a master’s in safety management and have since earned the Safety Management Specialist, Certified Safety Professional Certifications and the 2013 NSC Rising Star of safety honor at this point in my career. Career goals is to continue to develop my skills in the field of Safety while giving back to all those who have helped me along the way and continue and promote their legacy well helping the next generation of workers and safety professionals.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue my service in ASSP and within Region VII. It continues to be some of the most rewarding and fun work that I have had the opportunity to perform in my career to this point. I Look forward to building on the network within Region 7, while listening to the challenges members and chapters face today. I believe that ASSP is a member driven organization and continues to be a member organization. With strong leaders in the right positions such as the central area I believe the chapters of the area and region can be some of the strongest in the Society and look forward to the opportunity of helping each of you along the way. Thanks for your time and I appreciate all you do in support of the safety profession.
