Biography
John Barlew, CSP, CHST has a BS Industrial Management – University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Construction Safety and Health Certificate, Georgia Institute of Technology. Currently John is Sr. Manager Safety and Health, WestRock Atlanta, GA and is the founder of Compass Safety Systems, LLC. John holds the certificates for CSP and CHST.

Please consider John Barlew for Area Director of Region VII Area C South. I am committed to providing strong leadership for our chapters and assisting them with creating high-quality member experiences and advancing the values, vision and mission of the ASSP. I am ready to serve the ASSP in a greater capacity and will leverage my professional experience and time as chapter President to support our Region. I am actively involved in regional activities and meetings and enjoy networking and collaborating to support Society’s strategic plan.
