Apr 06, 2020

In ways great and small, we all play a part in helping prevent the spreadPerson cleaning their hands with hand sanitizer of COVID-19. A new OSHA poster highlights 10 measures employers and safety professionals can take to foster a cleaner, healthier workplace and help prevent workers from contracting the virus.

Available in English and Spanish, the poster offers simple but important steps that employers can take to improve worker health including training on respiratory etiquette, encouraging workers to stay home if they are sick, establishing flexible work sites and work hours, and regularly cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, equipment and other work areas.

Further information and resources on COVID-19 preparedness and prevention can be found at the OSHA Publications page.
