Platform Statement

As your Assistant Administrator, I'll build on what's working while supporting the community where opportunities exist: First, I want to amplify proven successes into systematic wins. Our "15 Minutes in the WISE Seat" interviews and MOTM nominations are creating connections, but I want to scale this. Working with Lauren on Awards & Honors has shown me how hungry our members are for recognition. Let's track every promotion, every certification, every win—then shout it from the rooftops. Our Fashion Show and meditation events were hits so let's help chapters/regions replicate them nationally with clear playbooks so no region has to start from scratch. Second, I want to bridge the gaps we all see. We need Construction and Healthcare mentors—I want us to help us tap our networks to fill these specific needs. Our speaker list exists but sits quietly in the community files and it could be much more robust—let's activate it through targeted outreach. I want to continue to support our ChapterWISE growth and expansion as well! I'm already deep in this work—from Awards & Honors to SPY nominations to Fellow recommendations. I know our challenges intimately and our potential completely. Most importantly, I know our Administrator and Advisory Committee have the vision—they need someone ready to execute alongside them. Let's transform WISE from a nice-to-have into a must-have for every woman in safety.
