As an Emerging Professionals advocate, my platform focuses on three pillars: mentorship, education, and engagement. Transitioning into safety leadership taught me the importance of accessible resources and supportive networks. I want to ensure that every emerging professional has the tools, confidence, and connections to succeed in this dynamic field. First, I will champion mentorship programs that pair experienced professionals with those new to the industry, fostering knowledge-sharing and career guidance.
