Each month you will receive a Chapter Leader Update digest of important updates and reminders (you’ll need to log in to your ASSP account to view), as well as ASSP news to share with your chapter members. Staying connected is an important part of being a volunteer leader. These tips can help:
- Maintain your contact information. If you get a new e-mail, phone number or mailing address let us know so we can continue to share information with you.
- Verify your email preferences. Log in to your profile at www.assp.org and confirm you are opted in to receive news and updates from ASSP. Change your preferences online or send an email to customer service.
- Watch for your monthly Chapter Leader Update digest and other emails sharing specific reminders and updates.
- Reach out at any time to the chapter services team.

To help you succeed as an ASSP chapter leader, we offer a selection of resources, tools and on-demand training modules. Register for your package to access all the required and recommended trainings to help you be successful in your role.
Chapter Operations Management Tool
Our Chapter Operations Management Tool (COMT) will help your chapter plan events, track performance and share successes and challenges.
- Chapter annual plans are due through your chapter’s COMT by Aug. 15. Your annual plan will help you work with your chapter leaders, area director and regional vice president to set goals and monitor progress.
