Brad Perry, SMS Started his safety career in 1985 as a Quality Assurance/Safety Observer (QA/SO) for aviation ordnance (munitions) loads, in the United States Marine Corps. Brad’s current position is HSE Manager for JBT in Madera, CA. He is currently certified by the BCSP as a Safety Management Specialist (SMS). He has been a member of the Central Valley chapter executive committee for the past 6 years and had held the positions as President-Elect and President.
Being involved in safety for 38 years, I have realized that organizations such as ASSP are paramount to improving the occupational safety in our communities. The ASSP membership is a vast network of Safety Professionals that have given me information, resources and advice that has helped me grow as a Safety Professional. I am honored to be able to run for the position Area Director, Region I Area C so that I can give back what this ASSP has given me.
If elected Area Director, my goals are to help chapters increase membership, participation, and share best practices across the area by encouraging collaboration. I would also focus on helping each chapter in the area achieve their goals, train their officers and help them be the best that they can be.
