Having worked as a migrant worker exposed my family and me to many workplace hazards. This experience made me question the systems in place to keep us and others safe which led me to my career path. I have had several environmental, health and safety roles throughout my career in which I have been able to develop and implement policies and procedures to keep employees safe.
I am passionate about educating others and helping grow this profession.
