Biography

Tracey Stratton is a dedicated individual with a deep commitment to both her family and the well-being of others. As the wife of a retired United States Marine, she understands the values of service, discipline, and sacrifice. Tracey is the proud mother of three grown and successful children, a testament to her nurturing and supportive parenting.

An avid outdoors enthusiast, Tracey finds solace and excitement in exploring the natural world. Her love for travel has taken her to diverse and exciting destinations, where she's had the opportunity to broaden her horizons and embrace new cultures.

Tracey's true passion lies in helping others, a calling she's pursued throughout her career as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Her background in rehabilitation allowed her to make a meaningful impact on people's lives by aiding in their recovery from injuries and medical conditions.

However, her career journey has led her to pivot towards a new focus: safety. With a deep sense of responsibility, Tracey has transitioned from rehabilitating injuries to preventing them. She's now dedicated to enhancing safety practices and fostering a culture of well-being, striving to ensure that individuals and organizations can proactively protect themselves from harm.

Tracey's remarkable journey reflects her unwavering commitment to making the world a safer and better place, driven by her compassion, dedication, and a desire to serve others.

Platform Statement

As a dedicated Safety Specialist working in the Construction Industry, I bring an array of experience in inspecting, auditing, and assessing workplace environments, equipment, and practices to ensure strict adherence to safety standards and government regulations. My skill set extends to crafting and implementing streamlined workplace processes and procedures, scrutinizing health and safety programs, and conducting comprehensive investigations into incidents and accidents, allowing me to identify root causes and establish effective mitigation strategies.

During my internship as a Loss Control Consultant, I honed my ability to evaluate risks, conduct meticulous site visits, and formulate cost-effective service plans tailored to businesses, all aimed at reducing employee exposures and minimizing losses. This hands-on experience has equipped me with a pragmatic approach to safety management.

Furthermore, I am deeply committed to education and training, conducting weekly safety meetings and regularly leading various programs, including defensive driving, accident/incident training and investigation, and safety committee training. These initiatives underscore my dedication to fostering a safety-conscious culture within organizations.
