Worker Well-Being Questionnaire Designed to Help You Improve Interventions

Apr 14, 2021
NIOSH_WorkerWellBeingAs part of its ongoing efforts to promote Total Worker Health (TWH), NIOSH has published a questionnaire to help occupational safety and health professionals and their organizations assess worker well-being related to issues such as quality of working life, away-from-work activities, and physical and mental health status.

The questionnaire is designed to help you take a more holistic look at well-being that extends beyond how people interact in the workplace. Key categories assessed include worker satisfaction with their jobs, wages, benefits, advancement potential and supervisor support. The questions will also help you assess your employees' feelings about job security and job autonomy, and whether they feel they perform meaningful work.
