Platform Statement

My platform is built on a foundational belief: when we empower women in EHS, we elevate the entire profession. My career is a testament to breaking barriers and building bridges in male-dominated industries across the globe. If elected as your WISE Assistant Administrator, I will channel this experience into three strategic pillars: Connection, Capability, and Career Advancement. 1. Foster Deeper Connection and Inclusion: I will work to make WISE the most connected and supportive community within ASSP. Beyond networking, we will cultivate meaningful mentorship partnerships and create safe forums for authentic dialogue. I will leverage my experience from founding large-scale corporate initiatives to ensure every member, regardless of background or career stage, feels seen, heard, and valued. 2. Amplify Practical Capability: Knowledge is power only when it is applied. I am committed to developing resources and programs that translate theory into practice. Drawing from my success in implementing global compliance systems and behavioral safety programs, I will help champion WISE events and content that provide tangible, actionable strategies members can use immediately to solve complex problems, manage risk, and demonstrate undeniable value within their organizations. 3. Champion Visible Career Advancement: I will be a relentless advocate for ensuring the incredible work of women in EHS is recognized and rewarded. This means creating platforms to showcase expertise, from leading dynamic PDC events like the PPE Fashion Show to advocating for pathways to leadership positions. My goal is to ensure the talents of our members are not just utilized but are prominently visible and instrumental in shaping the future of safety. With your support, I will dedicate my energy, strategic vision, and proven leadership to ensure WISE is an indispensable engine for growth, opportunity, and impact for every one of its members.
