Led By a Nationally Recognized Expert

Arianna Howard, MS is co-founder and Managing Partner of Syncra Group, an EHS technology consulting and advisory firm specializing in helping organizations select, implement and optimize EHS technology. Her work spans process improvement, data strategy and responsible AI adoption, with advisory engagements serving both enterprise EHS teams and technology vendors across complex, high-risk industries including mining, manufacturing and utilities. Arianna is a founding member of the ASSP AI Task Force and brings 16 years of U.S. Army National Guard and Reserve leadership experience to her practice in organizational change and capability building.
