My vision as Region II Area A Director is to strengthen chapter support, increase member engagement, and ensure our regional events continue to deliver value to all professionals. I’ve seen firsthand the challenges chapters face, especially smaller groups working to maintain momentum and provide programming with limited resources. Coming from one of the largest chapters in Region II, I bring proven strategies to help leaders build engagement, develop strong succession planning, and connect members with opportunities to get involved. My goal is to share these practices across Area A so each chapter can thrive at its own pace. I also believe in the power of regional collaboration. By connecting chapters to share resources, speakers, and ideas, we create stronger events and reduce the burden on individual leaders. Regional events like the Arizona Health & Safety Summit have shown how impactful this can be, and I want to help expand that success across all of Region II. As a business owner, trainer, and consultant, I understand the daily realities of safety professionals. My platform is built on listening first, understanding the needs of members, and working with leadership teams to provide the tools, mentorship, and resources needed to grow. If elected, I will continue the work of those who came before me while bringing fresh ideas, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to keeping members at the center of everything we do. Together, we can build stronger chapters, stronger leaders, and a stronger ASSP.
