OSHA is seeking to fill four seats on the National Advisory Committee on Occupational Safety and Health. The 12-member group advises the departments of labor and health and human services on matters related to the administration of the OSH Act.
The agency is requesting nominations for one representative of four key constituencies: public, management, labor and OSH profession. Committee members generally serve two-year staggered terms.
Interested parties may submit nominations to the federal eRulemaking portal identified by Docket Number OSHA-2022-0002, by Aug. 31, 2022.
