As member needs and reading habits continue to evolve, ASSP is making an update to how Professional Safety journal is delivered while maintaining the quality and standards you expect.

Beginning in 2026, Professional Safety journal will transition from 12 print issues annually to 10 print issues with two digital-only issues. The first digital-only issues will be July 2026 and January 2027. Members who receive print PSJ will continue to receive 10 print issues per year, and the digital version will still be available to all members. Our peer-reviewed and editorial standards remain unchanged, and PSJ will continue delivering high-quality content to all members. Since its beginnings as a newsletter in the 1920s, ASSP's flagship publication has evolved to meet the needs of its members and the industry.
