Excellent roundup of resources! I realize Simplified Safety's "4 Different Types" article is rooted in 1926, which doesn't prescribe Fall Restraint like 1910 does. However, we'd do well to adopt a Z359 mentality and look for restraint configurations before we jump to rigging the worker's PPE for arrest.
