During the House of Delegates meeting held virtually Sept. 28, 2021, ASSP Governance Task Force member Monique Parker, CSP, explained the process the task force used in arriving at the proposal to transition the House of Delegates to an at-large Advisory Group.
Her presentation also covered the drivers of association governance change, which include improving business agility, responding to increased market competition, elevating member voice and following association management best practices.
