Congratulations and thank you for participating as a speaker in the American Society of Safety Professionals’ Professional Development Conference, Safety 2022.

Speaker Acceptance - Submit by Feb 18, 2022

Each speaker must complete an acceptance form to acknowledge their agreement to present at Safety 2022.

To complete this form, you will need:

  • Session number
  • Session title
  • Day, date and time of session

Please note: We have different forms for in person and virtual speakers. Click on the appropriate button to access and complete your acceptance form.

Short Bio and Headshot

To complete this form, you will need:

  • Session number
  • Session title
  • Short bio: 50 words or less, written in the third person
  • Headshot: High-quality, full color JPG file (no black and white). When naming your file, include your session number, last name and first name (Example: 301DoeJohn.jpg).

Conference Registration

All Safety 2022 speakers receive complimentary registration to the conference.

  • In Person Speakers: Because all in-person conference registrants must acknowledge their acceptance of our safety and health protocols for the event, all in-person speakers must register themselves online. We will email you a promo code to receive complimentary registration for Safety 2022 in Chicago, IL; this registration includes access to the online option.
    By accepting our offer of complimentary registration for the in-person event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to meet the following requirements:
    • You voluntarily accept all risks related to exposure from communicable disease and agree to not hold ASSP or its representatives liable for any illness or injury.
    • You will follow all safety and health protocols established by ASSP while attending the event. Because of the fluid nature of the current pandemic, we are continuing to monitor the latest public health information to inform the safety and health protocols for this event, and we will continue to update the Safety 2022 website with this information as we get closer to the conference date.
    • While your conference registration is complimentary, you are responsible for your travel, lodging and meals.
  • Virtual Speakers: ASSP will automatically register you for the Safety 2022 online option. If you also wish to attend the in-person event in Chicago, IL, please contact us to request instructions and a promo code to receive complimentary registration. While in Chicago, you will have access to a computer in the speaker prep room so you can chat with attendees during the live airing of your virtual session. Please note that registration for the in-person event is based on availability as space is limited.
