Congratulations and thank you for participating as a speaker in the American Society of Safety Professionals’ Professional Development Conference, Safety 2021.

Speaker Acceptance - Due no later than April 16, 2021

Completion of an acceptance form is required of each speaker to acknowledge their acceptance as a Safety 2021 presenter.

  • Headshot - High quality JPG file, full color (no black and white). When naming your file, include your session number, last name and first name. (Example: 301DoeJon.jpg)

Speaker Registration

All Safety 2021 speakers will receive complimentary registration to the conference.

  • In Person Program Speakers: Because we require all in-person conference registrants to acknowledge safety and health protocols we are taking for the event, all in-person speakers must register themselves online. We will send the promo code you must use to receive complimentary registration for Safety 2021 in Austin, TX, including the Safety 2021 online option, via email.
  • Virtual Platform Speakers: ASSP will automatically register you for the Safety 2021 Online Option.
    • Virtual speakers may also attend the event in Austin, TX. Upon request, we will email you the instructions and promo code to receive complimentary registration for the in-person event. During the in-person conference in Austin, we will make available a computer in the speaker prep room so you can chat with attendees during the live airing of your virtual session. Please note that registration for Safety 2021 in Austin, TX, is based on availability as space is limited.
  • By accepting our offer of complimentary registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to meet the following requirements:
    • As an in-person participant, you voluntarily accept all risks related to exposure from communicable disease and agree to not hold ASSP or its representatives liable for any illness or injury.
    • While attending the in-person event, you will follow all safety and health protocols issued by ASSP for the event. We will continue to provide updates on these requirements on the Safety 2021 website ( as we get closer to the conference date.
  • While your conference registration is complimentary, you are responsible for your travel, lodging and meals.
