Safety 2026 Concurrent Session Presentation Template

We ask that all speakers use the ASSP PowerPoint template.

Best Practices for PowerPoint

Do:

  • Use titles on each slide with your main idea
  • Use bullet points and keep sentences brief
  • Keep all text at least 18 pt on the slide for easy reading
  • Leverage the different template slides by selecting the slide, right click and choose “Layout” to change

Don’t:

  • Change the fonts, add too much clipart or effects
  • Make type too small or too light to read as your slides will be projected
  • Change, cover or remove elements from the ASSP template
  • Forget to run spell check

Share Learning Resources

ASSP requires speakers to upload a PDF of their presentation slides along with any additional session-specific supporting documents that would serve as valuable learning resources for conference attendees. ASSP does not permit any material that constitutes advertising.
